Shipping Policy
Normally, products are shipped within 1-4 weeks. If we are unable to ship your order within 1-4 weeks, please email us for information. Austin Racing uses UPS services worldwide and is subject to UPS terms and conditions. EscapesGP accepts responsibility for lost or damaged shipments once they have been delivered to UPS. If a problem occurs with the shipment, UPS investigation procedures must be followed and all responsibility rests with UPS as the shipment is in their care.
Prices vary depending on customs and
transportation services in the buyer's country.
Cancellations and Returns
**EscapesGP Return Policy**.
At EscapesGP, we value customer satisfaction and strive to offer the highest quality products. We understand that on some occasions, situations may arise that require the return of a product. The following is our return policy, which applies to all purchases made on our website.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PROPOSALS OF RETURNS FOR NON-DESIRE OF THE PRODUCT ONCE PURCHASED AND PROCESSED THE PAYMENT OF THE PRODUCT.
NO PROPOSAL FOR CANCELLATION OR RETURN OF THE ORDER WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE THE ORDER PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED AFTER 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER SUCH PROCESS.
**General Terms and Conditions:** 1.
1. **Returns for Damage:** EscapesGP will accept returns only in the event that the purchased product arrives damaged to the customer.
IN SUCH A CASE THE RETURN PROPOSAL MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT.
2. **Notification of Damage:** It is the customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the product upon receipt. Any obvious damage must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours after delivery of the product.
3. **Return Process:** To request a return for damage, the customer must contact our customer service at escapesgpof@gmail.com. The customer will be provided with a return form to complete.
4. **Photographic Documentation:** The customer will be asked to provide clear and detailed photographic evidence of the damage observed on the product. This is essential to expedite the return evaluation and authorization process.
5. **Return Authorization:** Once the request and photographic documentation is received, EscapesGP will evaluate the situation and, if the established conditions are met, the return authorization will be granted.
6. **Return Costs:** The shipping costs associated with the return of the damaged product will be covered by EscapesGP. Detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return will be provided.
**Exclusions:** 1.
No returns will be accepted for reasons other than obvious damage to the product. 2.
2. No returns will be accepted for products that have been used improperly or that show signs of abuse.
Warranty
All Austin Racing exhausts come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty to cover you in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect. To honor this warranty, you must retain your original invoice as proof of purchase.
Confidentiality
All confidential information, including credit card details, is stored securely and is only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer data is not passed on to third parties and is used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this site.When customers purchase our products and accept our terms and conditions of our website and brand, they are responsible for customs costs.
Disclaimer: This exhaust is for racing use only and has not been approved and is installed at the purchaser's own risk and may invalidate all warranties. The seller accepts no liability in the extremely unlikely event that the motorcycle suffers damage not covered by the manufacturer's warranty as a direct result of the installation of this exhaust. The seller accepts no legal responsibility or liability for any action taken by the purchaser in connection with the installation of this exhaust.
